Shipping policy

We currently ship to 48 states within the U.S. only, and excludes Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

All orders are processed and shipped out Monday through Friday within 48 hours from order placement. 

Any orders that are placed on Friday after 12pm through Sunday will ship out the following Monday or Tuesday. At this time we unable to offer Saturday or Sunday deliveries. 

Lu Lopez is not responsible for delivery delays in shipping that are the result from factors outside of our control such as inclement weather, acts of God, delays on the shipping entity's end, or any other issues while in transit. Once the goods are picked up for delivery by the carrier/shipping entity, we are no longer responsible for incidental or consequential damages, or loss while in transit.
