THE WAIST WRAP
Made from natural Bamboo cotton, the waist wrap allows for a “less mess” way of using castor oil on your waist all while maximizing the delivery of all the healing benefits castor oil provides. In addition, our waist wraps built-in velcro strap closure provides a customized fit, easy closure and features a zip pouch for use with a heated clay pack.
Castor oil is used as an anti-inflammatory, encouraging the body's natural ability to detox and heal. Castor Oil enhances the liver’s natural detoxification process while supporting gut health and also enhances the lymphatic circulation for better toxin elimination, aids in digestive health while soothing tummy discomfort and improve circulation.
◦ Hand wash and lay flat to dry prior to use.
◦ Apply 1-2 spoonfuls directly to waist wrap in zigzag pattern.
◦ Fold wrap and rub together to distribute castor oil.
◦ Apply snuggly to waist.
◦ Heat clay pack according to direction on pack and insert in zip pocket on waist wrap.
◦ Keep on for 60 minutes and eventually working towards using overnight.
◦ Castor oil will stain fabric. Make sure to lay down a towel between you and bedding.
◦ Hand wash and lay flat to dry weekly or as needed.
